During this uneasy time, JPay and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation have partnered to extend the COVID-19 assistance to ensure you can continue to stay connected with your incarcerated loved one. The below offerings have been extended through Wednesday, August 12, 2020:

  • Your incarcerated loved one will continue to receive two (2) weekly free JPay Stamps in their JPay account. The two (2) free JPay Stamps will be replenished every week, with up to two free JPay Stamps each week. If your loved one only uses one of the free JPay Stamps, their account will be replenished with one free JPay Stamp the next week.
  • The 30% additional JPay Stamp Package promotion will be extended to August 12, 2020.

The two (2) free JPay Stamps and the JPay Stamp Package Promotion will be available until Wednesday, August 12, 2020. We hope adding more JPay Stamps to the packages gives you more opportunities to stay connected with your incarcerated loved one.
