 The tensions are high among everyone.  We are all dealing with challenges from making ends meet, health issues, stress, not enough sleep, war and narcissists.  Therefore it is very important to maintain a quality self care routine that includes sound boundaries including finances.  It's okay to be optimistic of things to change for the better while realizing there may be a huge delay before things change in a positive direction.

Focus on things that are within your control, and give the rest to GOD.
