Holiday Season vs. Holiday Blues
After Halloween many people begin to enter the Holiday Season mood. Many will begin to think about Thanksgiving and Christmas in a joyful spirit. For many it may bring on anxiety and depression. Key to enjoying the Holiday Season: Plan ahead. That may include, deciding if you are going to cook or not; stay home or not; invite guests or not; have overnight guests or not If you are considering hosting, please plan out your meals ahead of time including what can be prepared prior to the day of the gathering. Making a list of "things to do", and shopping in advance will alleviate stress. Doing laundry in advance and having spare sets of towels, sheets, dishes, and toiletries will make your hosting stress free while allowing more time for interacting with company.
