This weekend's Garden Therapy session was more than just dirt and digging, it was about getting our ACT 2gether. Whether you're stepping into a new season of life, healing from your past, or simply looking for peace, the garden has a way of meeting you where you are.
We focused on transplanting tomato seedlings , a gentle, thoughtful process that reminded us how growth sometimes means moving to new soil. It takes courage to leave the familiar, even when it’s tight and limiting. But just like those tomatoes, we’re all capable of thriving when given room, light, and love.
We also checked in on our compost, a beautiful transformation of scraps into strength. It’s nature’s way of saying, “Nothing is wasted.” In life, just like in composting, our toughest seasons can break down into wisdom, resilience, and purpose.
"Get Your ACT 2gether" is more than a phrase , it’s a call to action. It’s about aligning your Awareness, Choices, and Transformation to live a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Spring always reminds me that new beginnings don’t ask for permission, they just show up, ready to bloom. That’s exactly what we’re doing at Get Your ACT 2gether: showing up for growth, transformation, and support in the most grounded ways possible.
This past weekend in Garden Therapy, we transplanted tomatoes and checked on our compost. Simple acts, but powerful reminders. Moving a seedling into bigger soil is a lot like life coaching, sometimes, we outgrow old habits, people, or environments. And when we do, we need safe spaces to stretch out, settle in, and thrive. That’s where I come in.
Again, Get Your ACT 2gether isn’t just a catchy name, it’s a mission.
It stands for Awareness, Choices, and Transformation, three things we all need to get unstuck and move into our next chapter.
