• Write down your plans prior to receipt of your tax refund 
• Pay down debts with the highest interest by allocating a portion of the return to debts that fall under this category
• Be sure to set up your plans on an electronic bill pay program or calendar
• hint; as little as $10 extra per payment will make a difference... the more the better
• Plan vacation- make a schedule to work on details such as, booking, travel, and ways to save by purchasing early, and utilizing saving programs like Vacation Experiences and Affordable stays

🏡HAVE EXTRA SPACE IN YOUR HOME? 🚄

• Have an extra bedroom? Garage converted into a living space? RV not currently being used? Not using a Casita or Tiny Home that would make a nice experience for a traveler or student?
• Consider listing the space on trusted websites,  Ways to make money on living space you are not using

• Keep a grocery list on the refrigerator and add items to list as needed.  When it's time to go shopping, the list is already created ! 🙋🙋
• When meal planning,  be sure to add items to list to avoid food waste caused by duplicates.
• Consider placing coupon envelope near shopping list to utilize savings by adding coupons when clipped.  This makes it easier to grab and go on your shopping trips.
• When shopping, avoid buying things not on your list.  Spontaneous buying will cause you to go over budget

SHOPPING AND ERRANDS 👛

• Install apps on your computer and smart phones to save money when shopping. Ways to save money when shopping online or at stores
• Have you considered getting cash back on items you already are buying?  Save on your online shopping
• When scheduling appointments and errands review your calendar and consider combining those in the same general area to save time and money

Gas saving tips:  ⛽

1. Avoid making left turns, when possible
2. Avoid letting your tank get below half full
3. Schedule your tune ups and oil changes in your electronic calendar
4. Use quality fuel
5. Consider carpools for work, school, sports practices, and church
