How to maintain balance in a country built upon lies, theft, deceit, and humiliation

As many of us are experiencing many things we thought we could not imagine in such a short period of time 💔 😢 it is very important to stay balanced.

Tips for maintaining your sanity and peace within.

Stay strong within your faith not religions.  Keep in mind there are many people leading other people down the wrong path.   Consider meditation and gratitude acknowledgement upon waking ⏰ up and before sleeping daily.

Balance what you expose your mind to.  It can be beneficial to read a minimum of ten pages of  positive self enrichment materials from books, magazines, or the internet.   It may prove to be a disservice to yourself to stay glued to news channels or watching the news before bed 🛌 time 🤔.  Keep in mind our subconscious records our environment prior to and during sleeping.  That's why it has been proven beneficial to study for tests before bed time or listen to sleep meditations during sleep.

Learn to politely disengage interactions with people that are going from a civil conversation to explosive.  As many people are homebound due to the pandemic this has been an additive to more depression, anger, and anxiety.  Therefore, a lot more people are on edge.  Please don't set yourself up to be starring in a new episode of SNAPPED .🤔

Know your history.  Speaking with your family members, observing your environment, reading 📚 quality sources of history documentation, and creating your own family legacy can allow you to navigate the current times with more ease.

Education and continuing education is key regardless of your age. The more you know, the better equipped you are to navigate this ever changing world 🌎 along with reaching back to inform others.

Positive connections and communication are another area that more of your time can be dedicated to.  Simple positive thoughts and feelings shared with those around you can be beneficial on many levels.  Be creative and strive for more family meals even if Sunday dinner has to be virtual.

Be honest with your loved ones about your concerns during the current times.  Children want to engage these conversations on an age appropriate level also. This can help to soothe anxiety.

Strong mind and body are best achieved with conscious efforts towards healthier food and drink choices along with increased exercise. This also gives you the fuel to deal with many of today's challenges.

Quality sleep 💤 😴 👌 😌 ✨ is another important aspect to navigating the current times. To obtain optimum sleep we must lay down our burdens and focus only on the issues that are within our control.  Give the concerns beyond our control over to GOD while believing 🙏 🙌 he will bring resolution to your worries.  Staying awake and giving into worry will not only disrupt your sleep,  your health , interactions with others, but it may put a strain on relationships brought on by fatigue.

It is okay to experience JOY while going through rough times.  Allow yourself to indulge in positive activities you enjoy everyday.  Strategically plan to watch media that encourages you to laugh. Belt out those tunes while in the shower or while driving 🚗 and allow that feel good sensation to take over.

We are all going through challenging times, but we can overcome by working hard to bring balance within ourselves and encouraging others by leading with positive examples.

Happy 😊  Sunday,

Ms. Roni D~♡
