The Joys of living in an area that features four seasons even during Global Warming

After you receive that initial news confirming what you thought and actually hear, "You have breast cancer. "  It changes your perception on life.  For me, I let go of all the negative impressions society releases and tries to impose,  turned up the beat even louder as I dance 💃 to my own drum,  relish the little things in life by doing what brings me joy to the tenth power 🔋,  avoid stress by all means,  and  try and infect others with happiness 😊 as I encounter them. Waking ⏰ up again to snow  brings me joy on many levels.  It reminds me that we  are able to counteract a drought with much needed precipitation.  On a more  spiritual level,  it 🙏 reminds me of the stillness I morph into when I'm waiting on the Most High to guide me on an important decision.  Although I prefer not to drive in the snow, I love the snow.  Moreover I love living in a place where I am able to fully enjoy all aspects of experiencing four seasons.  What ar

How to maintain balance in a country built upon lies, theft, deceit, and humiliation

As many of us are experiencing many things we thought we could not imagine in such a short period of time 💔 😢 it is very important to stay balanced.  Tips for maintaining your sanity and peace within. Stay strong within your faith not religions.  Keep in mind there are many people leading other people down the wrong path.   Consider meditation and gratitude acknowledgement upon waking ⏰ up and before sleeping daily. Balance what you expose your mind to.  It can be beneficial to read a minimum of ten pages of  positive self enrichment materials from books, magazines, or the internet.   It may prove to be a disservice to yourself to stay glued to news channels or watching the news before bed 🛌 time 🤔.  Keep in mind our subconscious records our environment prior to and during sleeping.  That's why it has been proven beneficial to study for tests before bed time or listen to sleep meditations during sleep.
