We have always heard the saying : "Tomorrow is not Promised."  Please take that saying to heart.💘💗💖💕💔💓💝💜💛💚💙 !

Considering the tremendous amount of stress combined with the poor American diet,  your heart may end up working overtime to keep you ticking.

A few tips to warm the heart the right way....

  • Reach out to your loved ones on a weekly basis.  Something as simple as a text, call or email can not only warm the heart of those that may feel forgotten, but give their spirits a boost.
  • Try and drown out the negative thoughts and exude positive vibes.
  • Invite your coworkers, friends, or family on short walks, and have meaningful conversations.
  • Try and drink half of your weight in ounces of water daily.
  • Try and share healthier food and drink choices.
  • Avoid stress at all cost.
  • Learn to say "no!" - No regrets allowed.
  • Let go of the family drama, spats, not speaking, etc.
  • Remind yourself that we all choose to live life on our own terms, and it's okay to "Agree to Disagree" with Kindness.
  • Do something strange- express kindness on different levels to people you don't know!

Did you you the number one killer of women is heart disease?  One to ponder....

Be Blessed,
