  Families Are Breaking Apart Over Stress, Entitlement, and Unspoken Hurt & Here's How We Can Heal Many families are struggling right now. Rising costs, economic uncertainty, caregiving responsibilities, health concerns, job losses, and everyday stress are putting enormous pressure on relationships. Unfortunately, when people are stressed, they often stop showing appreciation, stop communicating effectively, and begin focusing only on their own needs. Over time, these small cracks can become deep divides. Families that once gathered around dinner tables now barely speak. Siblings become estranged. Parents feel used and unappreciated. Adult children feel misunderstood. Loans between family members go unpaid, creating resentment and distrust. Some people develop tunnel vision, convincing themselves they don't need anyone and forgetting the value of community, family, and mutual support. The result? Broken relationships, hurt feelings, and generations carrying emotional wounds...

Tough times= Demonic people and pain is all around, be mindful!

 Things to do to keep your spirits up during challenging circumstances:

  1. Stay focused on doing good things for others.  It will bring you enjoy even if you are hurting emotionally.
  2. Avoid revengeful thinking and actions as vengeance belongs to the Lord.
  3. Open up to those around you in confidence after you have gone to the Heavenly Father.
  4. Listen to your instincts about those that come around with negative vibes or malice in their hearts.
  5. Know that there are many narcissistic people/evil doers around that thrive off hurting you and seeing you emotionally  distraught.  Don’t be fooled by their tactics. Keep in mind they come in the form of family also.
  6. Create a daily self care routine that is not limited to a set bedtime, plenty of water, a fun exercise, connecting spiritually, fellowship with others, doing what you love to do career wise or educational, and healthier eating choices.
  7. Stay focused because Narcissist/the enemy will attack your children when they can’t get to you.
  8. Spend time with only quality people that have your best interest at heart 💜.
  9. Avoid doubting your instincts 🧐. That is the Holy Spirit speaking to you!

  10. Do your part to overcome adversity, and trust GOD to work out the rest.
