Some of us use social media platforms to highlight the sunny 🌞 days only . We all have storms and closed doors presented when we least expect it…. Lord knows I have had more than I want to recollect …. I have learned so much from my #LifeLessons . Although through some, I was stuck on #RepeatAndReplay until I received the #Blessing in the lesson. What I learned that set my life on a new trajectory was #FailureDoesNotDefineMe . It just means that I need to travel a different path. #StopWorryingAboutWhatOthersThinkOfMe or #WhatTheyThinkIShouldBeDoingWithMYlife . The most profound for me was the realization that #FamilyIsNotDefinedByBlood rather it is defined by those that choose to #RockWithMeWhetherImUpOrDown , #EncourageMe rather than #BashMe . Lastly, it’s okay #ToShareMyTruths than keep #GenerationalCurses living by not #SharingMyStory . For those reasons, I no longer suffer from depression and anxiety. Because I NOW know MY THOUGHTS dictate my feelings. W
