Another Slow 🐌 sleepy 😴 Sunday. I decided to make a hearty soup 🍲 that I could take my time adding ingredients to and not have to babysit a pot . I researched a few recipes online and picked and chose which ingredients I wanted to add in my soup. I selected the following ingredients: Very ripe tomatoes on my counter Olive oil Canned whole tomatoes  Red onion Celery Basil Minced garlic Salt  Pepper 🌶  🍋 Lemon pepper Paprika Cayenne pepper Chicken stock Jasmine rice 🍚 😋 😍  Sugar Heavy whipping cream Cooking I. Preheated convection oven to 400 Chopped very ripe tomatoes and discarded seeds into compost Laid the halves on a pan Sprinkled with olive oil, basil, salt and pepper Roasted for 30 minutes  II. I turned crock pot on high  Put Olive Oil in Chopped Onion 🌰, Celery, added to the pot, stirred Added Salt, Pepper 🌶, and Lemon 🍋 Pepper Let cook until onions turned translucent  Added Paprika and Cayenne pepper 🌶  III. Put a pot on the stove and turned it to medium
