Sugar
Heavy whipping cream

Cooking
I.
Preheated convection oven to 400
Chopped very ripe tomatoes and discarded seeds into compost

Laid the halves on a pan

Put Olive Oil in
Chopped Onion 🌰, Celery, added to the pot, stirred
Added Salt, Pepper 🌢, and Lemon πŸ‹ Pepper
Let cook until onions turned translucent
Added Paprika and Cayenne pepper 🌢

III.
Put a pot on the stove and turned it to medium high heat

Transferred roasted tomatoes and canned tomatoes into pot

Let come to a boil

Added Jasmine uncooked rice, stirred, let boil for a minute

IV.
Transferred contents of pot into Crock pot
Stirred
Slow cooked until rice was done
Added sugar
Pureed with immersion mixer
Added Heavy whipping cream, mixed, added more seasoning to taste

Note-
You may substitute Heavy whipping cream with Coconut πŸ₯₯ milk

The rice 🍚 is not necessary, but it helps thicken
