Depression- Coping and Fighting back

We are all experiencing a turbulence navigating 2020.  With so many changes constantly, election stress, and trying to establish a new normal is very challenging. 

Here are some key points to help relieve the anxiety and reduce depression. 

^ Remember you have been blessed 🙌 🙏 with a unique talent, and you are needed.

^ Start everyday with gratitude for all of your blessings and thanking the Most High for all of the blessings you have.

^ Even when you are hurting or feeling down, find a way to bless others daily.

^ Remember to ask God to fill you 🙏 ✨ 😌 🙌 ❤  with the Holy Spirit and positive thoughts to navigate your days and nights 🌙. 

^ When those negative thoughts and feelings creep in, divert your mind to positive action and experiences. 

^  Allow yourself to experience joy by partaking in small activities that you enjoy doing.

^ Journaling  can be that self therapy.   Write freely as thoughts flow through your mind.  Review your notes 📝  from time to time.  They may inspire you to act on positive change.

^ Lean towards healthy food choices and crowd out the temptation of junk foods.

^ Experiment with different exercises to stay fit and have that healthy physical and emotion balance.

^ Reach out to others by phone ðŸ“ą, letters ✉, texts, postcards, social media, and simply smiling 😃 😀 😊 when you encounter others

Go and bless 🙏  others with your existence.
