1.   Budgeting-  As we are navigating very unsettled waters as it relates to finances; jobs; lack of supply and workers;  single parents are one of the classes that tend to feel the pinch more than others. 
Here a few ways to combat inflation:

  1. Coupons and digital coupons are  great ways to save on things you are already buying.  You want to signup with the loyalty programs with the stores you shop at.  When you have down time for example, waiting in a doctor's office: Clip those coupons!

2.  Circle-  Be selective on whom you allow in your inner circle when adding to your village.

  2.  Responsibility and Accountability - are other necessary ingredients for healthy bonds.



 3.  Family Meetings,  Healthy Choices, Organization  Spiritual practice-

  1. Taking time out to have regular family meetings is a great way to connect with everyone and ensure that all family members are on the same page.  That is another way to stay organized within the family unit.  
  2. Making strides in the department healthy food choices, fun physical activities can make life a bit less stressful.


 
  
4.   Independence- Guide your children towards independence by teaching and assigning tasks that are age appropriate.   This will allow you to have more #MeTime and nourish your #SelfCare.
