Sourdough 🍞 starter discard Pumpkin 🎃 😍 Bread 🍞 & Cream cheese frosting
Another one of my experiments with sourdough starter discard 😋. I don't like tossing my discard from my wild yeast pet 🙃.
So while it was a sleepy 😴, snowy ❄ Sunday, I threw a few ingredients in the bread 🍞 maker to create a sweet, moist Fall treat.
Simple ingredients, of course I was down for the craft. Why not? I had on hand; Canned Pumpkin 🎃, Flour, Eggs 🥚, Baking soda, Baking Powder, Sugar, Butter 🧈 😋, Cinnamon, Clove, and Nutmeg.
